In the center of EINER VON ACHT is Matthias Hennig, who died in 1996 at the age of 33 years of the consequences of AIDS. He fought against his illness by making it public. He dedicated in AIDS prevention, and appeared in schools and clubs, sensitized social workers to the topic and answered media questions. Due to its courageous appearance AIDS is no longer an anonymous topic in Chemnitz.
